Hi everyone, We have kicked off the publicity and promotion for the concert, this past weekend. We had great fun organizing a contest, along with a professional anchor, and gave away tickets to the concert as prizes at Planet M yesterday. We plan to carry out more promotional activities at various locations across town in the weekends running up to the concert.
The organizers want us to now freeze on a final list of volunteers so that they can get ahead with the task of organizing permits for us. So, here is the last call for volunteers. This is what is expected of you: Your help and co-operation in organizing the events on the weekends and in logistics on Oct 7th (rehearsal day) and Oct 8th (day of the concert) This is what you can expect: Loads of fun, excitement and music with fellow ARR fans and exclusive access to the artistes. What you need to do: Fill up the database http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/arrliveinblr/database?method=reportRows&tbl\=1 with the required details by the end of the day (19th September). Please note that is a purely voluntary effort. Its an opportunity to have loads of fun with fellow ARR fans. However, please do not make a commitment and then back out at the last minute or simply not turn up at all. If anyone who has already filled the database wants to withdraw please feel free to delete your record within the same deadline. After this the database will be locked. Thanks, Gopal.
