hi friends, im really fortunate 2 see my/our rahman on 8th..........i was
spell bound on the very glance of our boss............ i left chennai on 8th
morning........ i came 2 palace ground at 6.30 pm and was standing in the rain
till 7.30..... and i was totally worried when they announced that the program
is gonna change its format........ i let 2 my hottel and took bath in hot
water.......... i was shivering out of the rain........... i was snubed by my
brother when i gave him a call........then i slept 4 a while and woke up at
9... the was no rain outside......... immediatly i gave a call 2 Ms.roopa iyre
...... she said the program started at 8.30... i just rushed down and caught an
auto 4rm brigade road........ on the way the the auto man got into the petrol
bunk and the bunk was jam packed with autos.... i was totaly irritated and told
him i ll pay more....... by the time the auto got packed around y many other
autos.... . the very thought of rahman performing killed me...... then the
traffic irritated me........ some how i reached place ground... here goes
chinnamma chinnama ........i freaked out and rushed inside and shouted at my
atmost voice... RAHMAN I LOVE UUUUUUUUUUUUU..........im suppose 2 get into the
Rs.1000 but i got into Rs.5000 catagory......... i lost my voice
shouting........... im a sound engg by proffetion and i could see Mr.sridar
the chief sound engg just few feets away........ i could see the huge mixers
and all the eqs ....... i was immotionaly touched when rahman said " my people
I learned 2 leasons, I ll never perform an outdoor concert and the love u
people have on me" ................ wat else we need ............ when he was
singing " maa tuje sallam" the flood gates of heaven opened up and blessed
everbody ......... wat a coincidence........ "A.R.RAHMAN KI JAI".............
hope we can see more rahmans concerts in future..... love u all............"
