The spice venture of ARR Concert was the deal only between Roopa Iyer (ICA) and Spice... The organizers decide the best deal for themselves ARR is not involved in these matters i hope. propbaly Airtel could have quote less offer as in comparison to Spice which made the organizer to pick Spice.
