No, its not... Dheem Ta Dare has a Hindustani classical mixed with folk flavour while Ni Sa Re Sa has a pop ballad flavour. Thom Karuvil Irunthom put words to Dheem Ta Dare. To my knowledge, Ni Sa Re Sa did not morph into another song. The theme itself had lyrics in one segment "... sweet memories keep haunting me..."
