Hi Raam, >From what I gather by reading ARR's interviews, there are two main reasons for working at night - lack of distraction, and creativity comes better in a peaceful environment. Another possible explanation is that people have different energy levels and moods during different parts of the day. Ofcourse, you'd ask who is high in the middle of the night, but after shifting their sleep schedule a person may find himself/herself to be very productive at night. I know I am.. especially when indulged in a creative task - I tried it few years back and it worked wonders. Though under most normal circumstances its infeasible to turn around ones schedule. Still, some of us may need to (not me).
