Hi alan, i remember one incident when movie sachien released. actually the release date was suppose to be postponed, coz a song from the movie is actually been reused from a telugu movie. but both had the same music directors( i think devi sri prasad). After he is been sued the court by the producer of the telugu movie, they have cut the song from the movie and released it on scheduled date. people need to see whether anything can be done like this ...
