One common thing which happens with any music production, atleast in US, is availability of sheet music for the sound tracks. This enables to learn, analyse the music and enjoy it from a different perspective. Although this is not directly related to your original request, this definitely would help spreading the music.
Ofcourse you cannot put FX tracks in a sheet music, but basic chord tabs for the instruments involved would be more than enough.
It also provides a decent source of income, even though only few (relatively) will be interested. I for one will buy everything if available :)
