It dos not sound like ARR music because it lacks the usual trademarks. probably done by some hardcore fan.One giveaway is the excellent CD sound quality Usually promo music so early in this case Sivaji will be "recorded illegally and "smuggled" out of some pooja session and posted on the net, like how a small clips from Yelelo (unreleased ARR -parthiban movie) and particularly cinderella song (from KKS) was making its rounds on the net in late 99, years before its original release. THe quality will not be good. In this case it seems like CD quality. Unconvincing. My verdict is that it coudld be a fake , attention grabbing antic in the wake of the sivaji hype
