I dont think u can rip voiceless BGMs from VCDs because DVDs have multicoded sound. Which means the dialogues and music/sounds are recorded in separate channels.DVD is a digital medium one step ahead of VCD. THe only way to get voicless BGMS from VCD is the use third party software to mute the vocals but most of the time the result is not convincing. Hope that helps
