Hi All... This has been discussed MUCH earlier in some other thread. I am just going to give few more details from it. Nothing new about it..!
1. Typewriter sound - Kaathalan - "Mukkaala Mukkabula" song. 2. Cellphone ring sound - Kaathal Virus - "Hey Hey Enna Aachu" song. 3. Water droplet sound - May Maadham - "Yen mel vizhuntha" song. 4. Water splash sound - Meenaxi - "Yeh Rishtaa" song. 5. Glass break effect - Baba - "Baba Kichu Kichu" song. In the Re- recording, some Knife sound effects were used in a really cool way. 6. Glass break effect - Yuva/AE - "Jana Gana Mana" song. 7. Bell sound - Baba - The opening prayer song. The chorus part of this song is believed to be a rip-off from another song. 8. Bird sounds - Kisna - "Hum hain iss pal" song. There are many more like "May Maadham - Margazhi Poovey" also... I am sure this will only increase. It says that Rahman likes to work for the situations in the song giving importance to Macro arrangements and thus enhancing the quality of the song. Thanks for reading.
