I agree..some of the best songs of ARR could have been enhanced by better voices
 
1) Minsaara Kanna (Padayappa) - Instead of Srinivas,..Hariharan could have sung that.
 
2) Mudhal murai killi paarthaen (Sangamam) - Instead of Srinivas, Singer like Jayachandran could have sung it more gracefully.
 
This is NOT to criticize anyone..it was just my view..
We know ARR is the best to choose singers and also ...
Srinivas has given the best numbers like Azhage sugama.. (I like lots of Srinivas's songs)
Its just that for these two songs..the voices could have been much better.

Agreed that constructive criticism is good, but telling straight-away one song is worst is not constructive criticism. One should tell what could be incorporated in that song to be good, or what portion of that is loud to ear, what instrument could be used instead.....another singer might be better to render the song....and the list will grow.......and to criticise any song one should listen to that song carefully and then should suggest, otherwise that will be destructive criticism.

         I totally agree with badrie. ARR has himself said that critics help him realise what people expect from him and helps him improve his standards. Constructive criticism is infact very important for anyone to grow. When people have an outbreak  by saying some thing stupid about some album being the worst, they are not saying anything against ARR. Infact those guys may actually love ARR deep within themselves and are only expressing themselves (though in a harsh way) about what they feel. It should be taken in a sportive way i feel.
        As for the best and worst song, I think Anjali from Duet and Putham puthu boomi from TT are his best. And i did not like that markandaya from New at all. Thats my choice though!
