kuwait concert was cancelled due to payment issues. but there may some other reasons also with this. first it was postponed for the king's death. a friend of mine is part of rapport global event organisers. Who knows things may change if not now,, after sometime to re-consider and get the concert again succesfully. so that does not mean it will never happen. thanks pankaj :-)
