First of all I would like tell you guys that Kamal Hassan lets his
directors choose the music director.Take the case of Indian or
Thenali,the directors wanted ARR to be the MD and Kamal never
objected
to it.He was infact all praise for ARR's work in Thenali.
He has worked with almost all the top MD's like in tamil industry
except U1.This itself shows that he gives his directors a free hand
in
choosing the MD.
I don't know if he ever made any comment about ARR's music for Muthu
but I can tell you that he respects everyone in the industry.
I don't think having Rahman as one of the five MDs is in no way an
insult to ARR and I am sure ARR will not have any problem in being
one
of the MDs.Its not about who gives the best song in the
soundtrack,its
just about having 5 totally different songs in 1 movie.Its a nice
concept and lets support it.
