Are we discussing the fees ARR charges?
 
Penny wise and pound foolish comes to my mind.
 
Politicians who make thousands of crores are let go unnoticed. ARR charges fees in return for what he does. Politicians amass wealth. What do they give us in return?
 
Last but certainly not the least, he doesn't do what I call a "File SaveAs" like other music directors do.

i totally agree with Pavan. please stop all these. many earn lots without
working for an hour in a day. just analyze this fact. inspite of the salary
of ARR, y is he preferred? its because of his unique capability to give
exceptional music. he deserves even more for his hardwork. lets end this

Subject: RDB: Indian entry to Cannes?

When watching the news last night I just caught a
scroll that said that RDB would be screened as the
Indian entry at one of the big film festivals. I think
it was Cannes, but I cant remember (must be getting
really old!!). It definately wasn't Locarno or
Toranto.

On another note, yesterday was the last day that RDB
played in PVR Bangalore. I was hoping to catch the
last show, but it didn't work out. Still, I think
catching the movie 4 times in the theatre and then
watching it again on screen after buying the DVD, I
should be satisfied!! Amazing movie. Everytime I saw
it, it was as entertaining as ever. Looking back at
the review by By P Shukla - Eye TV India Bureau, it is
so laughable. The tagline for that review of the movie
was "LACKS ENTERTAINMENT VALUE"!!
