You think we don't know that? I think you are commenting without hearing any of the mentioned pieces, am I correct? Cause' the pieces mentioned here are not "samples". ;-)

In international market "Samples" tunes are available in a big way. Music composers use this in a big way.....these are called "loops".  That s why so many songs have similar "loops" in them....ARR also use this stuff.  Nothing to be worried of.

And about the similarity issue, I'm going to refer to another similar BGM which everytime reminds me of the RDB bgm piece during "Jalianwala Bagh massacre". It is from the latest Steven Spielberg masterpiece Munich. It comes at the very start of the movie, when the Universal logo & Dreamworks logo is being shown & It continues until the visuals of the movie starts. & Believe me it is more haunting than RDB's.
