-HI guys, I was going to mention the same thing, although with a different reference. This flute piece was also used in Pakistani pop legend Junaid Jamshed's song KAHO NA, from his last album DIL KI BAAT, released in year 2002, composed by musician and director Shoaib Mansoor. I am sure this is not a copy and probably a smaple. Even, if its an inspiration, its very aesthetically done. Similary Shoaib Mansoor used a small musical piece, in his legendary song SUPREME ISHQ, which is similar to the starting vocal of HELLO DOCTOR. Now, im convinced that was a programme too.
