The combination of Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay and A R Rahaman is not heard very often. The last time they came together was for Udaya where Vijay was paired with Simran. Though the film did not do well, the music also was not much talked about. It was surely a damp squib for Vijay's fans. Now this duo is coming together for Vijay's next film (after Pokkiri) Azhagiya Thamizh Magan. According to sources close to these people, Rahaman has vowed to make this film a musical hit thereby trying to make amends for Udaya. He is said to be seriously working on it. This film is expected to have soul stirring music from him. Fans are waiting anxiously for this musical feast.
