The film has a desert background. Mani's circle says it's a musical. Once
can't go near a desert in April/May, so the shooting has to start after August
and end by Jan 2008. So, without taking too long a break, Mani Ratnam is
working hard on 'Lajjo' that will have music by AR Rehman.
He is shortly to direct a science fiction film too. He is also keen to make a
film on kids.
