I had once noticed a lot of BGMs being ripped off by Malayalam serial makers. especially the WOHAE and i even heard that flute piece of Kisna being used. since i dont watch these, cant say which serial was it. But, it had Balachandra Menon, the film actor in it.. thats how I happened to notice it. I am sure they are still being used. wondering why SONY or anyone is responding to this. probably they are not aware of this.
