SEL is good, no doubt. But not as versatile, and experimentative. More on the fun side, rather than intellectually simulating.
My bet would be on VISHAL BHARADWAJ. His amazing list of composition includes: - Maachis (Chod aaye hum, Chappa chappa) - Hu tu tu (the wonderful duet Chai chappa chai) - Satya (probably his best album with Badalon se, Geela pani) - Love ke liye kuch bhi karenga (excellent jazzy album..listen to Aslam bhai:) ) - Ramji Londonwale (listen to Dhuan and London London..excellent orchestration, tunes) - Bhagmatti (listen to Meri jaan..amazing mujra) - Maqbool (Roobaroo, Jhin mil mini..) - Omkara (what can I say -- even Rahman liked the music..everything from Beedi to Namak to Naina..excellent) What's impressive about Vishal is that like Rahman he does not care about the commercial success, but rather believes in providing value. Also similiar to Rahman, the music takes a while and does grow on you. -Ricky --- In [email protected], <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > hi dears > shall i ask u one ques?? > the master maestro in indian music is one and only our ARR > for the past ten years hes having the 1st position.. > my question is whos the second after ARR > IR? > Anu malik? > Nadim shravan? > H J? > or .. > who? > pls reply > everybodies participation is expected > thankyou > > Arijit Debnath <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi all, > > I require two beatiful ARR songs which are not available now in stores. > 1.
