This total topic seems wrong. If you will only appreciate others with the assumption that they will be a boaster for someone you appreciate even more, then you can never be objective. GVP is 19 and seems like he has some talent. And reading his interview, he seems hardworking and independent minded. There is nothing wrong with that. If he were out their using his uncle's name for work, and wasn't such a big hit, everyone would be bad-mouthing him in that way.
Appreciate his work. He doesn't need to always go around having a statement for others.
