I think you are referring to Ek Tu Hi Bharosa from the Hindi film Pukar (1999). The song is adapted from Rahman's own composition 'Oh Bosnia', composed and performed during his first ever full-fledged concert in Kuala Lumpur in 1996. That song was sung in Bahasa Melayu and was never released.
