I dont think there is a problem bcoz of orkut groups.. its because the rights distribution is a problem.. as a moderator i just banned the ppl who posted the links and i have asked them the exact source from where it was posted..moreover messages dont have any moderation in orkut .. the best thing to do is ban and warn those who have posted it and we have done it .. we r maintaining a database of sites who provide illegal downloads.... so there is nothing blaming the orkut group..
