I remember getting 'Kaadhalan'from a shop in my home town, which was the first Tamil cassette i bought. I was in school then and I bought it while returning home. I remember I had taken bath and had my tiffin probably in 10 minutes and started listening to it. I dont remember for how long I heard it continuously but after 1 week I noticed I had memorized all the songs even including 'pettai rap'. I learnt them so hard that after 10 years, I still can sing the songs without understanding a single word :)
The same history repeated with Thiruda Thiruda which I got after 2 years after much trouble. Latest was Guru which I listened continuously for probably 20 days. I still remember those days when "kadhal virus" got released, and I got the new casette from the shop got into the train for 5 day tour arranged from my school. From the time i put that cassete first into the walkman it didnt stop for a single minute.. continous... non stop... i didnt give that to any one.. it would be away from me only when i go to bath and when i am sleeping.. mind blowing numbers...On the fifth day when i returned back i couldnt hear those songs because the film in the casette torn off :-( that shows how much time u was listening. > > > > Regards > > S.Sunder > > --------------------------------- > Here's a new way to find what you're looking for - Yahoo!
