All this issues about Rahman concert and mostly they happening abroad makes me wonder, will I ever get a chance to see RAHMAN concert on Indian soil in near future ? I want to attend a Rahmans concert in which I get to see and hear only songs. I do not care much for the dance / lights / fog machine and the comic mimicry. Genuine fan like me would me more interested in the music of Rahman. We at The Wandering Souls in Pune have performed this concept in Pune in 4 programmes recently, and I can vouch that all those who attended, were keen to listen to the Rahman melodies and had no need for other gizmos mentioned above. If Gopal, Vijay, and those who are fairly close to our GURU can take a lead in contacting him for an EXCLUSIVE concert only for Yahoo group and other fans of Rahman music, we "the Wandering souls" can offer our services to play the instruments and vocals support, in case Rahman wants a group of "RAHMAN EDUCATED" instrumentalists and singers for such a concert at a short notice. We have entire setup READY ! Can we all send messages to request our GURU to give us a special / memorable event only for the fans and also to mark 15'th year celebration of ROJA ?
