It's Doli Sajakhe Rakhna directed by priyadarshan. It was actually a remake from malayalam which was directed by fazil. He then remaked it in tamil. The south versions were hits but the hindi one bombed.
Pravinkanth's Jodi was a hit, Ratchagan recovered its cost and was not a failure, it juz didint do that well considering the huge budget. I have read articles that confirms this. His Star though was a flop. I too am glad that ARR didint do Thullal considerin the movie is similar to New and Ah Aah with double meaning dialogues and vulgarity.
