[arr] Arr group

Hello, I found there are some members who are very exceptional for Arr.
And  some members have the will to say sorry for unexpected things.  And
I also see some members who do not want to show a bit of regard for Arr
even for music sake.  I prefer Arr to do atleast one post for the group.
