When I purchased Water from them it came in the digipak CD case in which it was originally packaged. However, my dad once ordered a Carnatic CD from them, and that CD came in a plastic pouch, with the front and back cover also included. The traditional CD cases are likely to break in transit, which is why they repackage them.
