MUMBAI: Bunty Walia's GS Entertainment has tied up with a new production
house Funky Buddha, which is an offshoot of K Sera Sera Productions. The
details of the tie-up could not be ascertained.

GS Entertainment recently also announced eight new films for which a
budget of Rs 1.75 billion (Rs 175 crores) has been earmarked. For Funky
Buddha, this will be its first step into the film industry.

When contacted by Businessofcinema.com, Walia neither confirmed nor
denied the development. "Yes, I have tied up with a production house.
But I can't confirm anything right now," he said.

K Sera Sera CEO Rajesh Pavithran too remained unavailable for comment.

On the other hand, of the three films that GS Entertainment has with
actor Sanjay Dutt, the first is set to hit the floors early next year.
Walia says, "The film is titled C15170. The story revolves around three
characters. Till now only Sanjay has been finalized. It's an emotional
story about a father-daughter relationship. We are in search of a girl
now to portray the daughter's role."

C15170 will be directed by Yusuf Khan. The other details are still being
worked out.

Besides this, A R Rahman will score the music for Walia's next
project Lamha, which is again with Dutt.

"This film is about the destruction in Kashmir. However, it is not in
any way similar to Mission Kashmir," adds Walia.

Both the films will be wrapped up in a single schedule. While C15170
will be shot in Bombay; Lamha will be pictured in Czechoslovakia and
Srinagar
