Ashutosh
Gowariker’s epic Jodha Akbar has finally completed its shoot.
A source from the project reveals that the final day of shoot
was quite an emotional affair for the cast and crew.

“On that day Ashutosh shot for an elaborately
choreographed song that includes various dance forms at ND
                  Studios, Karjat.

The song is called Azeem O Shah
Shahenshah and included Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai. It
was shot for over 13 days and has over 1,000 dancers. Rekha
and Chinni Prakash choreographed the song that used specially
trained dancers with swords and shields. Drummers who called
                  from the South.”

In fact, Ashutosh was so impressed
with their commitment that he decided to judge who was the
best dancer in each troupe and announced a cash prize, adds
                  the source.

It is learnt that the dancers didn’t know
Ashutosh would reward them with cash for their dancing. “They
were shocked when he gave them the money. The song has
different types of dances and each troupe had practised well
                  in advance.”

Missing
                  Chandni

The last day was also quite emotional
for the actors as well. “Hrithik was seen mingling with every
one from the spot boys to the technical crew. He spoke to the
owner of his horse, Chandni, as he’d got very fond of her. He
told him to take good care of her. Hrithik spent a lot of
time
with Chandni during the initial days of the shoot. He would
train with her and rehearse the battlefield scenes.”

The source adds, “Ashutosh is planning a farewell
party for his cast and crew some time this week though he
hasn’t yet decided on the date.”
