Bro, RAP was innitially used in Gentleman's Chikku Chikku Bukku Raile. It was officially called 1st Tamil Rap back in 1993. In fact, there was once ARR told in an interview that he usually tends to use Rap beats in most of music (fusion), even on Kilaku Chemaile, he used rap beats for Athegare Maramme, this he has said in the same interview.
Of course as time goes by he used it more while the more improved instuments and technologies came along. Chill, A. Even before Blaaze, there were rap bits in ARR several songs (though not officially called Rap).. I don't think he should stop using rap but improvise it further..
