1. 8 : 00 AM - Assemble in the Organisation in Mugappair - Anna Nagar 8 : 15 Am - Start the Proceedings by Playing " Pray for Me Brother Album" 8 : 30 AM - Breakfast 9 : 30 AM - Game Shows ( which would include a lot of rounds - Here we need ideas, thoughts ). ***Pls note that all are Blind members. *HERE WE NEED INPUTS ( PEOPLE WHO HAVE ORGANSIED SUCH SHOWS BEFORE .. PLS HELP US ) * 1 : 00 PM - Lunch 2 : 30 Pm - Music Shows ( Musical Display by our fellow rahmaniacs, Music Quiz involving the Blind Members ) *PEOPLE WHO HAVE CONDUCTED MUSIC QUIZZES ETC . PLS SHARE WITH US YOUR THOUGHTS * 4 : 00 PM - Prizes Distribution 4 : 30 PM - Photo Sessions + Signature Sessions with the members 5 : 00 PM - Playing " Vandemataram; Jana Gana " The tentative budget of the show is Rs 6,000 /- . Sponsoring of the Breakfast and Lunch would cost us Rs 2,500 /- and prizes worth Rs 2,500 /- would be the remaining. The balance Rs. 1,000 /- could be used for making the album with the photos, signatures ready for presenting it to ARR.
