Honest confession: If there's a man I'll happily cancel every date in my book for, it's A.R.Rahman. So, I slipped into my skinniest jeans, practiced my most musical 'hello' and sauntered over to the 'Mission Ustaad' launch. It's a TV reality show which supports the promoting of the Millenium development Goals across the country and my man Rahman is gonna be judging alongside Lara Dutta and Javed Akhtar. But I kinda needn't have bothered with such inanities as skinny jeans - Rahman is such a shy guy he refused to even look at the media when mumbling his two lines, far less gaze into my kohl-lined eye! And in case you're wondering, the sum of his speech was: "All have done the talking, I have nothing much to say now." W-e-l-l!! I'm hoping he'd be more communicative on a date. But he did have a point y'know. All the participants kept gushing so much.....
