Nice work on the lyrics. I haven't heard the song online much, but from what I remember, I think I note the following small corrections in the transcription:
A. > or dil mai khoi khoi si baate hai I think this could be "dil me.n koi khoi si baate hai.n" (literally; *some* (koi) lost (khoi) ), unless I'm put off by Javed Ali's pronunciation. B. > Hum jo agar hai gamhin, woh bhi udhar khush to nahi I think this is "ghamghiin" and not "ghamhiin". "Ghamgiin" is sad, doleful, udaas. [Take above comments with pinches of salt!] BTW, the Javed Akhtar lyrics seem to have fit very well in the meter of the song - found it impressive. all elements in the song seem to combine well.
