about his name, but about his contribution to the Indian music industry.
A.R.Rahman, the man who changed the whole concept of music in Indian cinema
.The reformer of the Indian music. The man whose first album itself was a huge
success . He was the first Indian music composer to work in any Hollywood
movie. His album such as Bombay Dreams had topped the charts in UK and ofcourse
who can forget Vandemataram,WOHE and many others. The man who after serving the
music industry for almost 15 years is still the number 1. The man who won
National Awards 4 times,19 times Filmfare Awards,9 times Cine Awards,7 times
IIFA Awards,7 times Screen Awards and many other awards. He was given
Padmashree in 2000 . I think its high time for him to be given BHARAT RATNA .
