EXCLUSIVE REVIEW BY HANUMANT BHANSALI

Azeem-O-Shaan Shahenshah (Singers: Mohd. Aslam, Bonny Chakravarti)
Rating: 10/10
Music maestro A R Rahman unleashes his muscular side of music with
the thumping Azeem-O-Shaan Shehanshah. Any kind word for the song is
just a flattering remark. A perfect composition, a perfect rhythm, a
perfect poem and a perfect rendition in sync with the theme of the
movie, elates the quality of the track. Amazingly well written by
Javed Akhtar, who has used Hindi as well as Marwadi (Rajasthani folk)
language in the true sense. Hear out the whooshing sounds of swords
tingling while the song plays on. All in all, hats off Shehanshah!

In Lamhon Ke Daaman Mein (Singers: Sonu Nigam, Madhushree)
Rating: 9/10
The six and half minute track is filled with the sweetness of melody,
class of ragas and echo of love. The song starts off with Sonu Nigam
rendering in his melodious tone, which is followed by a pacy
classical raag, making the song traditionally divine. Madhushree
comes only later, to steer up the proceedings with her crooning. The
song can be called a royal symbol of love, with due respects.

Jashn-E-Bahaara (Singer: Javed Ali)
Rating: 8/10
Enter the celebration of shy love with Kehne Ko Jashn-E-Bahaara Hai.
The words come of Javed Ali's vocal chords in a simple sweet
melancholy. Hear out the track to experience the magic of words
pinned to touch your soul.

Jashn-e-Baharaa (Instrumental)
Rating: 9/10
Treat yourself and your loved ones with the royal sound of love, the
instrumental of Jashn-E-Baharaa. The key strokes of piano alongwith
the orchestra sinks deep into your sphere, making it immaculate.

Khwaja Mere Khawaja (Singer: A.R.Rahman )
Rating: 7/10
Hear out the first ever qawwali sung by the maestro A R Rahman. The
song is a dedicated to the wealthy and respectable king. The
articulate words describe the immaculate deeds of the Khwaja. A R
Rahman's sufiyana voice takes the song to an all new level. Likewise,
the music sounds like the one heard in A R Rahman's previous
composition in Maniratnam's Guru.

Khwaja Mere Khawaja (Instrumental)
Singer: 7/10
This instrumental moves at a lazy pace, not living upto the
expectations set by the previous track. The musical piece should be
heard in the movie as theme music.

Mann Mohana (Singer: Bela Shende)
Rating: 7/10
The soundtrack of Jodhaa Akbar comes to an end with a hymn for the
praise of Lord Krishna. The track is picturized on Aishwarya Rai
Bachchan who plays a Rajput princess in the film. Bela Shende sings
the track with utmost innocence and simplicity, well directed by
Rahman. Javed Akhtar's brings the variety in his words by including
Hindi and Sanskrit words in one hymn.

Radiosargam Soundtrack Rating: 9/10
