Well if that is to happen, then ARR to score SIX new songs & bgms for
dasavatharam with oscar films to use himesh songs in its some other production.

Dasavadharam is now complete and postproduction work is going on, he is yet to
get all its songs composed. While Bollywood composer Himesh Reshammiya, who
makes his Tamil debut with this film, has composed only six songs for the same
and is unable to compose the background score for it. Ravichandran who is
directing the movie has now approached A.R. Rahman but the latter seems to have
opted out of it, presumably he doesn't like lending his name for the background
score alone. In that case, Devi Sri Prasad might be roped in to compose it.
With the film being delayed well beyond its intended release date, Oscar Films
decided to once again seek out Rahman.
