Hi Dinesh,
Quality still stands for itself despite of money spent.
I was a big fan of Shankar as well till i saw Sivaji,
I think everyone would agree that for sake of popularity he
compromised quality a lot in the movie.
I did not expect that from Shankar.
He may spend huge amount of money on a song but that may be because he
might be having big commercial interest in it.

But anyway, everyone's opinion matters here, 
By disagreeing to yours, does not matter that my opinion is right.
