Hi All, Some decisions made by Rahman in the recent past regarding Singer selections have been debatable...
1. Nityashree singing "Jack and Jill" in Parasuram. I still wonder why she even accepted it. Is it because of Rahman?? 2. Janaki singing "Enthan Nenjil" in a movie. I forgot the name. It was acted by Manoj (Bharatiraja's son), but not Taj Mahal. Do you even remember it??? huh... 3. Sunitha Sarathi singing "My wish comes true..." from Kisna. It wasn't very proper choice... even for the situation in the movie. No probs with Vasundara Das for Lagaan though! The rendition for "Warriors in peace..." from WOHE was slightly better, i feel. Just some "minor irritations" in the otherwise perfect list I guess... Please share your opinions. Thanks. Chandra.
