Dude ! i feel Arr himself was uncomfortable in long hair. It must be because of
some contract rules, sponsors etc. etc. But that does not need for him when his
music speaks substance with style. To me he looks good in short hair.
Personally i feel grooming is important to make one feel more confident but
that should not take them to the level of discomfort, while at work or concert,
be it for clothes or make-ups. The discomfort level might prevent them from
giving their best.
