I acknowledge your views. but there are lots of ppl. who actually like someone like Udit singing tamil songs. you are right in the fact that the Novelty factor is long gone by now.. but I'm sure Rahman uses them for their singing skills more than anything else. I still wonder who else could have sung the high pitched male parts of 'Sahana' .. Again, this is very subjective.. but my personal opinion is that - except Udit, rest of the non-Tamil singers are doing a good job with pronounication.. same with non-hindi singers singing Hindi songs. eg. Chitra - Rang de Basanti.
