Sunday, April 20, 2008 A.R.Rahman's Changing Notes
Rocked<http://v-e-n-k-a-t.blogspot.com/2008/04/arrahmans-changing-notes-rocked.html>

I'd been to the Changing Notes ( A.R. Rahman's Concert ) today at St.
Georges School Grounds which was advertised on Times Of India for which Guru
had managed to get a pass for me ( We actually had around 15 more left with
us ). I was a bit confused whether to stay back and watch IPL or to go to
the Concert. I decided to go finally and it was just WOW!!! The entire setup
was amazing and so was the crowd. It was as though we were in a dream land,
the lightings, the sound system, the stage setup, everything was just
awesome. I don't think that I will have to comment anything about the
performance as you guys must be knowing what to expect from the Indian
Mozart. It was truely marvellous. Here was what was on display :

   - Ella Pugazhum - ATM
   - Jaage Hain - Guru.
   - Endendrum Punnagai -
Alaipayuthe.<http://bp0.blogger.com/_sjoxrcmTWeU/SAuPpetO1OI/AAAAAAAAANI/vRHIm94xdpQ/s1600-h/a_r_rahman_194image_full.jpg>
   - Varadhe Nathi Karai Ooram - Sangamam.
   - Vaaji Vaaji - Shivaji.
   - Barso Re - Guru.
   - Newyork Nagaram - Jilunu Oru Kaadhal.
   - Enaku Oru Girlfriend - Boys.
   - Jashna Bahaara - Jodha Akbar.
   - Roobaroo - RDB.
   - Munbe Vaa - JOK.
   - Enna Solla Pogirai - Kandukonden Kandukonden.
   - Kanodu Kaanbathellam - Jeans.
   - Dil Se Re - Dil Se.
   - In Lamhon Ke - Jodha Akbar.
   - Adhiradi - Shivaji.
   - Chaiyya Chaiyya - Dil se.
   - Azeeem Shah - Jodha Akbar.
   - Oru Koodai - Shivaji.
   - Pray for me Brother.
   - Bombay Theme.
   - Khwaja Mere Khwaja - Jodha Akbar.
   - Udhaya Udhaya - Udhaya.
   - Ay Hairathe - Guru.
   - Tumhari Adao Pe - Mangal Pandey.
   - Maiyya Maiyya - Guru.
   - Maduraiku Pogadhadi - ATM .
   - Tere Bina - Guru.
   - Antha Arabic Kadaloram - Bombay.
   - Vande Maataram.

If you never managed to come to the show, just feel bad for yourself for it
was just a dream show put up and you've just missed the excitement. There
were some excellent performances from Siva Mani, Hariharan, Nithyashree,
Blaaze, Javeed Ali, Madhushree, Neetu Mohan, Chinmayi, Naresh Iyer and the
Master himself. My first live experience of such a show was just good enough
to make me feel dumb-struck and has left me wanting more. Cheers!!!

P.S. : I'm put up a couple of kilometres from the venue of this event and my
parents told me that they were able to hear the music from my place itself
:O
