When Taal released , my friends told me that it was selling at the rate of an album per minute :)
If anybody in this group have access to insiders in any of the music companies, I request them to get the statistics for possible Rahman albums. It would be great if we could compile the data (I would like to know the sales figure for BOSE. ) and also add to the wiki pages and other records. I am just wondering if Rahman has indeed the highest (or top 10 highest) number of platinum albums or might have soon in future. That would be a great publicity.
