Dear Rahul As far as I know, Mr. selvakumar , the MD of Km Music Conservatory has an office in Alwarpet, in Chennai. check for the address in www.audiomedia.in.
But I think , there is a building just opposite to AM Studios in Kodambakkam, which may also be used for KM Music Conservatory related works.
