hey guys..am writing a mail after quite a looong time mainly because am
euphoric abt the two releases..Ada is just so beautiful..meherbaan is the most
amazing song ever..and Ada has such varity in its sound(THE electric guitar bit
in the meherbaan instrumental)..
So what the points i was comin to was
1) Rashid ali is THE guitarist of the Rehamna troupe..I remember he did a jazz
version of ooh lala laa in the dubai concert(actually he intercepted
sukhwinder's chaiyya chaiyya with Christy the electric guitarist who did bits
in BOYZ..)..Rashid ali is superb..every person who has listened to Nadhir Dhina
from paarthale paravasam will know..Ya he's the same guy
2)I am surprised why nobody has noticed the similarity of Milo Wahaan Wahan
with the BGM in the Mani ratnam movie Kannathil Muthamittal(THE END PART WHERE
THE MOTHER AND DAUGHTER MEET)..Superb Thinkin by Rehman sir...coincidences
galore u also have Jayachandran singin this song who also sung the title song
of KMI...
enjoy the year fellow RAHMANIACS...great year with ghajini sakkarakatti and
also Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikalam..
