Here is some info on TPPL:

Now that they have been officially declared as the No 1 music company,
they feel that it is their duty and firm responsibility to fight every
unethical step taken. Thus they have started with the TPPL (T-SERIES
public performance license) according to which they will not spare
anyone caught blatantly infringing their exclusive copyrights. "If a
person buys a music cassette or a CD it is meant purely for personal
use only. To be used either in their homes or in their car but
definitely not for commercial use in which case they have to obtain a
TPPL and that they would not certainly spare anyone who blatantly
infringed of our exclusive copyrights", says the vice president of
T-Series and the pioneer of TPPL Mr. M.M. Satish. He adds that be it
hotels, restaurants, discotheques, ladies bar, latest craze for ring
tones and for that matter even the award functions that happen every
now and then, they will make sure that the respective authorities
secure the license prior to using the music. They argue that they have
to pay exorbitant amounts for the exclusive rights and hence it is
significant that they collect fees. Mr. Satish, a man of ethics and
principles, strongly desires to put across to people the sole
objective of TPPL and is confident that through his dedication,
determination and immense public's support he will make it one day.

Performance License) on the rear side of the JTYJN CD (at Left hand
side top). Is this related to ARR's music rights issue which he had
while composing for OSO? I had never seen this before in any T-Series
CDs. Guys who has knowledge about can pour some light on this......
