There are more 'unpopulared' (unpopular) sound tracks by ARR like Mr Romeo Love Birds Khel Khiladi Ka Tu Hi Mera Dil But I would never tag them as unpopular or failed albums. The fact that they have come out of Tamil Nadu, got dubbed into Hindi and that those movies never released, speaks for the extreme popularity of ARR itself. Otherwise, for people like me, who stays millions miles away from TN and who has no conection to Tamil language, would never get the chance to listen to them. I have heard all of them and am proud to have them in my colection. So these are not exactly ARR's failures but badly planned projects. > *Vishwa Vidhaata - 1997* Sad that this album didn't become popular. Its "Kal nahin jo kya hai aaj wo" is such a lovely song, one of my favs. Kaliyon ke khilne se was also quite good. This album was ARR's high, not his failure. > *Fiza - 2000* It added insult to injury when this album's best and most popular song "Mehboob Mere" was sadly not by our man but by Anu Malik. In any case, ARR's only song in the album was a religious Piya Hazi Ali and was a lovely sufi rendition but religious songs don't really become that popular. Failure but not ARR's. > *Love You Hamesha - 2001* Sad that it had one of the last lyrics by the veteran Anand Bakshi, but didn't give any indication of his greatness. Mehboob could have penned much finer lyrics than the cheapness in "botal tod de" and "sone ka palang". Indeed ARR's failure. > *Lakeer - Forbidden Lines -2004* This would remain as an example of excess hype not getting met in the delivered product, be it movie or the music. ARR's first attempt at Punjabi music in Nachle didn't make the world say balle-balle, and his first attempt on cheerleaders music in rozana was just a dumb squib. Though he could do better with Punjabi music in RDB's title song, it is sad that ARR didn't attempt at rozana again. Indeed ARR's failure. You can add Muthu also in the list. outright ugly lyrics when the song speaks of making love 4 times a day as the method to keep wife happy. It was vulgur, it was cheap. Indeed ARR's failure. You can add Priyanka also which didn't find much takers which is so hurtingly sad because it would be one of the best album of ARR. Khili Chaandni and Thoda Thoda Pyar were heavenly and I don't think ARR has given "Ye Jaati Paati Kaisi" type of song in any other album. This was one of ARR's all time bests, not his failure. > ** > *Have you heared songs from this movies.* > ** > *by* > *DAS* -- Rawat > ________________________________ Explore your hobbies and interests.
