Hi Chord, It is so odd that most of the songs you mentioned don't at all appear to be classical based songs. I mean, they could be (I don't know classical) but a common person would find them non-classical.
Thinking about openly and obviously classical song, one song comes to mind, that is somehow missing from your list (unless it is mentioned in tamil). I am talking about Jeans "Kehta Hai Mera Ye Dil Sanam, Tu Hi Hai Tu Hi Hai Har Kahin." Now, that is what I would call outright openly classical. Anyone can recognize this song to be a classical based. And such lovely beats, rhythm, melody, folk chants.
