Vithur has given words to what I also felt. Don't create new groups. Strengthen this one itself. Of course, you can create ARR communities/ groups/ links on new forums if there are none.
And of course, you can create these for some unique angle, like ARR's remixes, ARR fans' compositions/ renderings, etc. Orkut's one ARR comm has 3.5 lakh members. (It is such a high number that I am sure Vithur has not rigged it. he he he. just kidding) Another ARR comm there itself has 1.5 lakh members. I think it serves no purpose.
