What is Karunanidhi's involvement in this film? Anyway. Good that ARR would be doing another film and we would get more music. So, ARR's must be re-thinking over his previous statement of not doing period movies. I sincerely think that ARR's such a statement and decision was wrong (not to compose for period movies). It is the individual producers/ directors who make a movie good or bad, whether it is a period or a contemporary movie. So, if a good director is making a period movie, ARR should do it. An example for Chord that ARR is not always right. -- V
